Welcome to “The Gabby Diaries.”
My name is Gabrielle Beverly, but everyone calls me Gabby for short. I’ve been on this journey since 2016, and I enjoy talking about the tidbits of my life, especially my overall health and wellness.
I was diagnosed with Bipolar and Depression back in 2006, and since then, I have been trying to find new ways to coping and managing my mental health. I created the blog originally as an escape after suffering a major loss in my family, only to realize that I could use the blog to reach out to others that were struggling with mental illness like myself.
Some of my hobbies include blogging, drawing, journaling, writing stories, reading, and listening to music, audiobooks, and podcasts. My passion is to help continue spread the awareness of mental health, self-love and self-care, and understanding how to balance your life while learning more about yourself.
“The Gabby Diaries” is a blog about my adventures, a place where I share my wins, both big and small. I also talk about my life experiences, from learning how to balance my physical health with Type 2 Diabetes, to embracing the good, the bad, and the ugly throughout my journey of self-love and self-discovery. There will be passion projects to showcase throughout the blog as well.
